I'm a Senior professional with 10+ years of cross functional and interdisciplinary experience across product creation, supply chain management, customer relationship management and sales development. I have a a strong background in project management and process optimization (Lean Six Sigma & PMI), applied on a global as well as local scale and across different cultures and industries. I gained diverse experience in a multinational corporate environment as well as the Agri-tech Scale-up sector that allows me to successfully combine direction and structure with an entrepreneurial mindset. I'm passionate about Process Improvement and sustainability initiatives in multinational organizations in dynamic business environments. I am a strong communicator across different levels of the organisation, within and across teams and functions, posess a curious mindset, enjoy solving complex puzzles, for the greater benefit of the company. My previous perspective changes demonstrate my highly adaptability to new situations as well as quick perception and ability to zoom in and out from strategic priorities to hands-on implementation. I have managed dynamic and established teams of up to 20ppl and am known for a collaborative approach to leadership.
