I've had the opportunity to work in various roles within non-profit organizations and medium-sized private businesses. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to building strong relationships, creating thriving workplaces, and guiding teams through pivotal change management and organisational initiatives, focusing on sustainable development and business transformation. I entered the field of HR to pursue my passion for developing people, creating work environments like no other, where individuals can bring their best and most authentic selves to work, and leading to remarkable achievements. At South East Leisure, my primary focus is on developing, leading, and improving South East Leisure’s HR function, and striving to ensure South East Leisure is a great place to work. As a highly motivated and results-driven HR professional, I am naturally competitive and curious, striving to establish a high standard or performance and service excellence. Whether independently or collaboratively, my advanced problem-solving skills consistently contribute to successful outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and catching up with friends, traveling, and I love Pilates.
