I am in the life changing relationship business. As a performance-driven program management professional with proven success as a change agent in social services programs and education, my scope of experience extends to strategic community and school partnership development, non-profit program and project management, and development of processes to increase program brand recognition. I develop and execute compelling brand communications campaigns and events to expand awareness and gain support for community programs. As a strong leader of efficient teams, I facilitate hiring, training, and mentoring, ensuring effective program delivery and team growth through regular performance evaluations. As a skilled communicator, change agent, and program leader, I have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with teams and partners, maintaining continuous communication and collaboration in strategic initiatives focused on positive change. My background includes budget management, development of organizational management and planning processes, and ability to drive improvements to systems, tools, and training in response to community priorities. My passion is to provide advanced solutions to address the physical, emotional, and social development of disadvantaged children and youth, through development of effective programs, and gaining key community, family, and organizational partnership support.
