I act as the Compliance Analyst for Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) and have two years in the water industry. My position focuses on managing the chemical compliance related water sampling that must take place within the county, including Lead and Copper, PFAS, TTHM’s, and UCMR’s. I am a licensed Drinking Water Laboratory Analyst and work in the Hicks Water Production Plant (Water Quality Lab). I am passionate about engaging in opportunities that allow me to share the importance of water as a vital resource with my community through environmental education and outreach. I have a career background in environmental conservation, environmental compliance, ecological restoration, and natural resource management. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tuskegee University and is completing her Masters in Natural Resources from Auburn University. My work background focuses strongly on natural resource management and environmental restoration. I have worked with federal and private agencies. I have experience that ranges from restoration ecology to sylvatic plague vaccine manufacturing.
