With over 8 years of experience in data, I have done everything from data entry and transformation to analytics and visualization. I excel at making data-backed decisions. I enjoy the balance of the analytical (behind the scenes, crunching the numbers) and the social (communicating my findings and presenting my results). I currently work to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable project plans. I work with cross-functional teams to find creative ways to increase efficiency and find solutions for client problems. I’m a data nerd that loves solving problems and improving processes. Cheaper.” Key Achievements- Better: Revamped our productivity and hours reporting by consolidating 25 reports into one dashboard - Faster: Minimized mandatory course lists by over 90% making the enrollment process less manual and making onboarding more consistent across the organization - Cheaper: Saved our area $100k by switching to a smaller offering of similar courses in partnership with another division of our company I always enjoy connecting with like-minded people.
