I am a Lead Electrical Design Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the design and delivery of complex electrical systems within the building services sector. My portfolio spans commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, and industrial developments, supporting projects from concept through to construction and commissioning. My core competencies include low and medium voltage power distribution, substation design, lighting and emergency lighting systems, earthing and bonding, cable sizing and routing, and electrical safety systems. I also have strong expertise in power system studies—covering load flow, short circuit, arc flash, motor starting, and grounding analysis—to ensure robust and compliant electrical performance. Technically proficient in tools such as ETAP, AMTECH, DIALux, AutoCAD, and Smart Plant Electrical, I deliver accurate, efficient, and fully coordinated electrical designs. I work in alignment with key international codes and standards including IEC, NEC, and ATEX, ensuring best practice and full regulatory compliance across every project. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to develop integrated electrical solutions that prioritise performance, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
