About Jasna Hegic
Currently, I split my time between two roles at Expeditors International, a logistics company. More than half of my day is spent working with management and operations to identify opportunities to reduce amount of time spent on a given process, monitor metrics to close performance gaps, and present data and analytics on branch productivity. The other portion of my day is spent on making sure our systems are operating in Denver, providing assistance to any computer hardware or software issues, and repairing equipment to better conserve life expectancy of company’s assets. My favorite part of working at Expeditors is getting to solve problems. Getting to the root cause of a problem and developing resolutions is what motivates me.
