About Jason Anslem

I have backgrounds in management, QC, mechanics, fitting, welding, HVAC repair, safety procedures, project planning, and purchasing etc. I started in the Modular industry over 20 years ago as an HVAC technician then worked my way up to lead maintenance technician. Then, being promoted to Maintenance Lead for the newly formed Modspace company, I supervised a crew of 30+ contractors with responsibilities in Project planning and scheduling, QC, safety enforcement, purchasing, and Fire Marshal restrictions amongst other things. This time also allowed me the opportunity to do some fully custom work including the building of a key movie set piece for “Man Down” staring Shia LaBeouf. Following another promotion, I became the Fleet Manager of the Scott, Louisiana Modspace branch. Always looking to better serve our customers and following the acquisition by William Scotsman; I then assumed the role of Production Supervisor with very similar responsibilities and extra emphasis on safety. My current role as Branch Operations Leader allows me to oversee every aspect of the day-to-day happenings around the branch and ensure everyone is working safely and efficiently. I am dedicated to using my years of knowledge and experience to build a stronger team and a more efficient branch.
