With over 17 years in heavy civil construction and environmental management in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, I help contractors stay compliant while keeping production moving.As Environmental Manager at Taggart Construction Limited, I lead environmental compliance and permitting across residential, municipal, and federal projects. My focus is dewatering and discharge approvals, excess soil compliance, and field execution that prevents shutdowns, stop work orders, and unnecessary regulatory attention.I am recognized as a subject matter lead for Ontario’s Excess Soil Regulation.
