I am an accomplished law enforcement executive with over 25 years of leadership experience, currently serving as Chief of Police for the Mansfield Division of Police. Throughout my career, I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led complex organizations, and built cross-agency partnerships that deliver measurable results in public safety. With a Master’s Degree in Administration and completion of the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC), I bring a combination of strategic vision and operational expertise to drive innovation, efficiency, and accountability.I excel at leading teams through organizational change, workforce challenges, and high-stakes environments. I have directed large scale crime reduction initiatives, strengthened recruitment and retention strategies, and advanced data driven decision making to improve organizational performance. My focus is on aligning resources with long term goals, and I am eager to leverage my experience beyond policing, bringing strategic management, crisis leadership, and organizational growth expertise to executive roles in both the public and private sectors.
