About Jason Bedford

Jason Bedford is the Director of Digital Marketing driving Digital Transformation for Hubbell Canada. He is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in managing peak performing teams and spearheading continuous improvement projects that positively impact customer satisfaction. Jason’s technical capability helps him to leverage technology that improves team efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. He has helped to successfully implement SAP in two businesses and has deployed telephony and data network technology that creates efficiencies and improved customer experience. In more recent years, Jason has led Digital Transformation projects consolidating enterprise level websites and has implemented Salesforce and lead generation programs. In his Digital Marketing role, Jason oversees creative and communication, lead generation and lead management programs through Salesforce, mobile device management, supply chain initatives with EDI and VMI, master data through SAP, PIM and distributor syndication services, custom application development, workflow management, and eBusiness strategies. He is an active member of the Customer Service Professional Network participating on the Advisory Council and collaborates on the Electro-Federation Canada Supply Chain and Marketing Committees. Jason believes that Customer Service is more than just a department, that it in fact is a companywide culture that needs to be embraced by all. His spirited personality and passion helps him to communicate his message of operating with discipline while exceeding customer expectations. When he isn’t driving strategic initatives at Hubbell, or participating in industry committees, he enjoys photography, and takes great pride in capturing memorable moments in time. He is also an avid race fan and has competed in regional go kart racing events. He is a technology junkie and early adopter of new hardware and software and is currently expanding his knowledge of home automation technologies. Jason enjoys leading lively discussions on strategizing and driving positive change into the Hubbell Canada organization. He is persuasive, results driven and communicates with flair. He uses his project management skills to manage multiple projects that deliver impactful results.
