Hello, My name is Jason Ben-David. I am a customer service specialist/ team coach and account manager and I am confident that my experience and skill set would be a great match for any administrative team. I have several strong skills in customer service and individual task management that backed by experience that I have gained in over 25 years of working with the public, employee team building and most recently in Mortgage industry. I have successfully worked remotely for CMG financial for two years and was the liaison between broker, Underwriter and Account Executives. I always considered my career with CMG to be my final home, but unfortunately - CMG needed to cut staff and I was laid off At Three Rivers Casino, I went from 45 employees to over 200 in just 3 months. Not only was i responsible for hiring, but as conducted all employee orientations. I established job descriptions for all positions, made training manuals and also assisted in developed an employee handbook. I became proficient on Microsoft Excel and utilizing my Outlook calendar to assist keeping me on track to not drop and tasks. I maintained a 90% employee retention rate and our restaurants maintained 5-Star rating on Tripadvisor.
