Experienced Information Technology professional with a demonstrated successful history of working in the government administration industry; skilled in Communications Network Administration, IT Field Service, and still growing! Currently, I manage a team of field network specialists who provide service to the entire County of Riverside. Our current responsibilities include the complete support of the county’s Voice and Data networks. We are a high-tempo, high-output team of troubleshooters and problem solvers. Before this, I managed a Desktop Support field team who managed the end users within the County’s Enterprise environment. A lot of fun with this team and a very dynamic role, and I was privileged to be a part of this group. Also, with the County of Riverside, I was super proud to manage a dynamic and versatile shared team of 13 IT/Electronics/RF troubleshooting super-techs that comprehensibly support an 84-site, multi-protocol, private Public Safety Communications Voice and Data Network to a user-base. We saturated over registered square miles of county territory with life-saving, ultra-reliable RF technology built of a State-of-the-Art Motorola APCO P25 Phase 2 compliant, IP- based network that is also DSR (Dynamic System Resilience). On top of that, we upgraded the network back-haul to the Nokia Multi-Protocol-Label- Switching (MPLS) system- can you say on-the-fly traffic rerouting and analytical traffic engineering? Yes, that's the Public Safety Enterprise Communications (PSEC) network.
