At BlueNovo, I joined as a consultant and grew into VP and Director roles as the company scaled. After the acquisition by Medicus IT, I led the integration of teams, processes, and systems while preserving client service quality. Across both companies, I built and led cross-functional teams in infrastructure, SOC/NOC operations, and cybersecurity, serving as a trusted advisor to executives and technical staff. Career highlights include: • Driving Zero Trust adoption with 100% MFA and SSO coverage • Automating identity lifecycle and privileged access to cut audit gaps by 50% • Leading secure cloud migrations for 20+ clients across Azure, M365, and HCI • Launching incident response processes that cut response times in half • Developing enterprise DR/BC strategies that reduced downtime risk and spend I bring structure, calm, and a hands-on mindset to every challenge. My technical strengths include Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, VMware, SD-WAN, and AD security. I hold CISSP and CISM certifications, and have past credentials from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA. Today, I’m exploring how automation and AI can simplify IT and security operations and help teams work smarter without adding complexity or risk.
