About Jason Bergbauer

I went to Rutgers University in 2012. I was originally a biology major but quickly found out that wasnt my destiny. After a lot of time and research I determined that business and management was the way I wanted to go. Ive worked in the restaurant business for years and have built the ability to naturally provide excellent customer service through experience. In my last semester at Rutgers I applied for an Internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After many interviews I was offered a an internship which I accepted without hesitation. My last semester was spent taking 7 classes, working 30 hours a week at Enterprise and working part-time at Texas Roadhouse as a server. Though it was tough, I was motivated to do well and graduate on time. After completing the internship, Enterprise offered me a full-time position in their management training program upon graduating from Rutgers University, which I promptly accepted. A full time job in a management program right out of school was like a dream come true. I was promoted 5 times in 2 1/2 years with Enterprise from an Intern all the way to a Branch Manager. I spent about 8 months in this role until I found another position elsewhere for a career change. Unfortunately do to Covid-19 my plans were altered and my job search continues.
