About Jason Betts

Updated 2023- I am a child of God, a husband, and a father of three. Professionally, I have started a Land service company in the last year. I'm a licensed Real Estate sales agent for Howard Hanna in Canfield, OH. I also have a ROW real estate license that is current with Texas (TREC). And finally, most recently I have been certified as a Residential Solar Expert. For more than a decade, I have negotiated with landowners in the Delaware Basin, the Utica and Marcellus effectively, acquiring thousands of acres from Southeastern New Mexico to West Texas to the Appalachia Mountains. The experience I have gained in each shale play is extensive and not easily surpassed by other Land Professionals. There has also been other projects in Oklahoma and Texas that greatly aided in my understanding of drilling clauses, pooling, unitization, and pugh clauses. Negotiating for agreements is my expertise, but it is not my only attribute. I have become experienced in Curative, Abstracting, and understanding Title Opinions well enough to be a top candidate in all fields of Oil and Gas Land work. This has led me to forming a Land service which provides a total package. We currently provide services in Document Imaging, Abstracting and Leasing.
