About Jason Bishop

With over eleven years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a performance-focused manager who formulates and executes quality improvement strategies that are founded in human capital growth. As a Claims Team Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, I lead a team of 12 claims adjusters and supervisors who handle complex property and casualty claims for personal and commercial customers. I am responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, accuracy, and compliance, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion. I hold the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) credential, the Associate in Personal Insurance and the Associate in Claims designation, which demonstrate my expertise and commitment to the insurance profession. I also have a background as an Officer in Army which helps me apply effective coaching, training, and leadership skills to my team. Additionally, I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I serve as the Florida Chair for the Liberty Mutual Veterans Employee Resource Group, where I coordinate and support various initiatives and events to promote the engagement and empowerment of veteran employees and allies.
