Jason Bolin General Manager - First Onsite Mr. Bolin has 25 years of experience overseeing all aspects of multimillion-dollar disaster restoration projects throughout the United States. His experience includes a wide variety of project types including mold remediation, fire restoration, structural drying and managing crews of up to 200 in large loss hurricane restoration projects. He has a proven history of on-time, on-budget project completions. Mr. Bolin was responsible for the supervision and project management of three projects that received Restoration Industry Association’s coveted Phoenix Awards for Innovation in Restoration, including the 1221 Brickell Avenue project which sustained damage following Hurricane Wilma. He has experience estimating losses, supervising crews and subcontractors, providing environmental restoration consulting, and is an adaptive problem solver. Mr. Bolin’s past certifications include Fire Restoration Technician, Water Restoration Technician, Mold Remediation Technician by IICRC and other qualifying bodies and he has held certificates in Health and Safety Training, Applied Structural Drying, OSHA 10 Hour Certification, CPA, Blood borne Pathogens, and Thermography Level 1 & 2. He is the author of “We don’t pay for that”, which discusses the use of cutting-edge technology in the restoration industry, published in Cleaning and Restoration Magazine, June 2007, Vol. 44, No. 6 and “Who do you work for”, an article discussing who a restoration company really works for, the carrier vs. the insured, also in Cleaning and Restoration Magazine, November 2008, Vol. 45, No. Mr. Bolin is currently responsible for the day to day activities for Rolyn’s Florida office as well as support for the Sales and Marketing Departments. He coordinates all emergency response and oversees projects throughout the Southeast region. Mr. Bolin received his bachelor’s degree at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
