For the last eleven years I have been deeply involved in government contracts. My experience ranges from inventory management to property and procurement administration. I've been the contact point and face for DCMA Property Audits, TACOM audits and DoDIG audits. Responsible for a property book with assets worth $51 millions dollars. Tasked with contract draw down and complete withdraw from theater of operations.(Iraq, Qatar, Afghanistan, Oman, Kuwait, Spain and Germany) Oversight on Property Management process and procedures to align the business with the 10 outcomes of FAR52.245-1. Ensure all on and off site business units follow written Property Management procedures through Contractor Self Assessments and audits. Integral part of downsizing depot warehouse from 1.2 million square feet over 7 building and and additional to one square foot modern building, using current technology to maximize upward space in a six month timeframe.
