I started in the finance industry when I twenty years old and completed my Business Degree shortly after. I have held almost every role under the sun in the branch and numerous leadership roles in head office. During this time I have helped develop high performing teams excel through organizational changes. Some of my passions. Anything related to finance both at the corporate and individual level. Corporately I love finding ways to improve processes (Lean Green Belt) for the end customer while also improving efficiencies and maximizing resources. On an individual basis helping people achieve their dreams and keeping more money in your pocket. I have held my financial planning designation for over twenty years still complete my continuing education credits.
