About Jason Buseman

I am punctual and positive with a tendency to look for a more efficient way to get jobs done. I am naturally organized and dislike things being cluttered and messy. I enjoy working with others and like to have enough work to stay busy the whole day but I can also work alone and perform my job requirements, equally as well. I can work in an office setting or outdoors with no problems or complaints about either. I can lead meetings and can stand in front of large groups to train or give instructions with no fear or doubts. I am able to motivate people and groups to move towards goals and complete those goals even if the people do not understand what the point is. I am just as positive and happy to work as the supervisor as I am to work in support of a supervisor. I can set up training and slide shows and lead the training as well as work in Microsoft office, excel, word, adobe acrobat, and many other programs. I learn new systems with ease and am not afraid to work online. I can also work following instructions from a manual and do not need to be monitored while working. Integrity and honor are still things that apply to daily life.
