I am a strategic, commercial and passionate senior Marketing professional with comprehensive experience across multiple industry sectors. Specialising within the property industry I have had the opportunity to lead projects in the land, medium density and commercial development space. As Marketing Manager at Development Victoria my responsibilities include brand development and project naming, brand strategy & application across all customer touch points, sales display suite design & construction and the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive enquiry and sales conversion. Further, my experience covers the management and allocation of project budgets, managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver on agreed campaign results (including sales teams), liaising with and directing a range of consultants and suppliers including creative, and media buying. I have successfully launched a number of residential property projects in market and developed a reputation for being a passionate strategic thinker, aligning myself with business commercial expectations, a team builder and always focused on delivering effective results.
