Jason is an experienced litigation lawyer and has acted in a wide variety of commercial litigated disputes. Jason specialises in matters ranging from multi-party building and construction and third-party property damage claims, such as those which involve infrastructure sustaining damage for example as a result of fire and/or water. He has acted on behalf of homeowners, builders and building consultant professionals in their capacity as plaintiffs and/or defendants.
