About Jason Christein

I’m a hands-on Sodexo Corporate foodservice leader with an expertise in serving customers and clients. I lead my teams from the front by role modeling the work ethic and workplace safety culture necessary for success. Through my experiences I’ve developed a situational leadership style that allows me to treat each employee as an individual and respect their unique talents and gifts. My goal is to put every employee in a situation to succeed and I find this to be a great way to motivate my team. I started in the hospitality industry as Chef de cuisine under renowned chef Thomas Garrido more than 18 years ago after graduating Johnson & Wales Summa Cum Laude. Since that time I have found that I can combine my business management instincts and my love for serving great food. I earned my Masters degree in Leadership & Business Ethics to ensure I had all the tools I needed to be successful. I enjoy working with clients in finding creative ways to meet their needs and customizing services. Creating programs from the ground up to meet very specific needs and Introducing more of Sodexo’s product/service offerings into client accounts and growing sales revenues is what I love to do. What I am most proud of is the development and implementation of providing emergency storm feeding throughout the clients six regions in Pennsylvania.
