I help driven, heart-centered women over 50 finally feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies… without restrictive diets, endless cardio, or giving up the foods they love. The Truth? Most of the women I work with have tried everything — Yo-yo diets Extreme workout programs Supplements that promise magic And they’re still frustrated. Tired. Burned out. Wondering if this is just how it has to be after 50. But it’s not. The real problem isn’t you. It’s the approach. At Life Warrior Coaching, we take a different path — one rooted in science, mindset, and real-life sustainability. What We Do: Through our coaching programs, we guide women to: Lose weight without cutting out entire food groups Build strength, energy, and confidence Rewire mindset patterns that sabotage progress Create habits that stick — even during vacations, holidays, and life’s curveballs Learn how to fuel their bodies with balance, not restriction This isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution.
