As a 13 year U.S. Army and Army National Guard Infantry veteran turned security leader, I bring a wealth of experience in security, emergency preparedness, military operations, and counseling to every challenge. Currently, as Security Training Supervisor at Holtec Security International, I oversee and deliver comprehensive training programs for over 100 personnel, ensuring 100% compliance with NRC, INPO, and site regulations. My hands-on approach includes designing SAT-methodology drills, conducting tactical exercises, and serving as a drill controller/evaluator to deliver safe, realistic training outcomes—reducing gaps by 40% per recent audits. My academic foundation strengthens my expertise: a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Colorado Technical University (3.7 GPA, 2012-2015) and a Master’s in Counseling-Military Resilience from Liberty University (3.9 GPA, 2023-2024).
