About Jason Curtis

I help people who are committed to helping other people. If you're a leader in a business, a non-profit, a church, or if you're a young person moving toward leadership, then you're in the people business and you need support! A people-centered career is fuzzy, full of uncertainty, and can frequently cause you to get stuck. Let me help you find those A-HA! Moments that bring clarity, give energy, and get you unstuck so that you can keep on helping others! While I've had a few coaches/mentors who have had a huge impact on me, I've also made a ton of mistakes, especially during seasons when I was on my own. I'm committed to spending the rest of my life supporting the ones who are on the front lines taking care of others. In addition to my role at Ignite Engagement, I get to accomplish this same goal in a different way as a sales executive at Senaptec. Our Strobe and Sensory Station technologies have proven to be powerful tools in fighting sensory and neurological deficits. It's so rewarding to see lives improved by these incredible, non-invasive solutions! Prior to my current roles, I worked in church settings and in academia as a pastor, professor, and director. I also had the privilege of pursuing masters and doctoral level degrees in theology, both here in the U.S. and abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland. Throughout my time in both religious and non-religious settings, I have always been passionate about helping the people who help other people.
