About Jason de Leon

20+ years experience in multiple retail and b2b industries. Started my career in cold calling and quickly advanced to training and onboarding of new employees. I transitioned to retail and went on to learn in-person sales strategies, develop talent, and facilitate day-to-day business responsibilities. I was promoted to a management position and oversaw the store as we set sales records in 4 continuous years. After retail, I started a cold calling campaign that integrated email and customer relationships. I was promoted to Business Development Manager and oversaw all commercial sales projects throughout the company. Lead the company in total sales while assisting with any sales support between the client and salesperson. We developed a company-specific CRM and I management implementation and lead maintenance. I am excited to be back in this field where hard work and enthusiasm are rewarded and measurable.
