About Jason Debly
In 1992, I started my career as an independent insurance adjuster with Adjusters Canada Inc. in Toronto. There, I handled claims on behalf of various Canadian insurance companies and nationwide commercial landlords and hoteliers like Cadillac Fairview and Holiday Inns of Canada. It was during those formative years that I gained considerable insight into the handling of claims arising from car accidents, slip and falls and even defective consumer products. I graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School in 2001, and thereafter worked in private practice before entering the New Brunswick civil service where, for 20 years, I advised on insurance, risk management, transactions, contracts and legislative policy matters. As a lawyer with CLG Injury Law I have found my early career experience invaluable in my representation of people injured through no fault of their own. In addition, I also assist business clients with questions arising from contracts or agreements they have entered into or are contemplating.
