About Jason Deel

I’m Jason Deel, founder of JD’s Realty & Auction and a problem-solver at heart. After 20 years in the U.S. Army—six of them in combat—I learned how to lead in high-pressure, high-stakes situations. Today, I bring that same mindset to helping families, attorneys, business owners, and financial institutions navigate major transitions through the power of auction. Whether it's settling an estate, liquidating business assets, or moving commercial real estate, I lead a team that conducts 400+ auctions annually across multiple states. We combine technology, transparency, and strategy to turn complex or time-sensitive assets into results. Online, on-site, or hybrid—we meet clients where they are. I’m also the co-owner of Nashville Auction School, training the next generation of auction professionals, and a featured auctioneer on Netflix’s Swap Shop. But the most meaningful part of my work? Being the trusted resource people call when it’s time to act decisively. If you're a bank president, probate attorney, fiduciary, or business owner facing a difficult asset decision, let’s talk about how auction can give you clarity, speed, and control.
