I am an entrepreneur, workforce development leader, and education innovator with a passion for expanding career pathways through training, mentorship, and strategic partnerships. As the founder and CEO of iFixOmaha and iFixAmerica, I have built industry-leading certification programs and workforce training initiatives that help individuals gain the skills and credentials needed for long-term career success.In 2022, I launched the first postsecondary credentialed training program in mobile device repair, developing a curriculum built around CTIA WISE Certification Standards. This program has helped hundreds of individuals gain industry-recognized certifications, opening doors to sustainable careers in technology and repair services. I have also expanded workforce training into high schools, colleges, and underserved communities, partnering with Metropolitan Community College, Iowa Western Community College, and City Startup Labs to create scalable career-readiness programs.Beyond workforce training, I am a strong advocate for the Right to Repair movement, working to increase consumer access to repair services and sustainability in technology.
