About Jason Diaz

I care deeply about how my work — and my team’s work — impacts the customer. Whether it’s a missing menu item, a delay in onboarding, or poor communication, I try to see things from the customer’s perspective and ask, “Would I be okay with this?” That mindset has guided me across multiple roles — from journalism and content creation to customer onboarding and client issue resolution. At Mad Mobile, I support restaurant clients during onboarding by building and managing their digital menus with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth go-live experience. At MOQdigital, I worked in the complaints team, focusing on improving customer satisfaction by following up on negative feedback, assessing service gaps, and helping drive continuous improvement. Across all roles, my strengths have been communication, ownership, and empathy. I’m not afraid to speak up when something isn’t right — whether it’s a process gap or a delivery issue — but I approach every situation with respect and a goal to improve. I value teamwork, consistency, and doing the job right the first time. I’m currently open to new opportunities that align with my experience in digital operations, content, and customer-facing roles.
