I'm a marketing agency veteran who moved over to the academic side. For a while I was a 'digital guy'. I created my first website during the medium’s toddler years and have lived a digital life ever since. While a fan of cool technology, human behaviour fascinates me. I spent my agency life helping clients understand how digital, social, mobile, and other ‘geeky stuff’ affects their business and turn that knowledge into effective digital marketing strategies. I was lucky to have clients in various sectors, including retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), automotive, financial services, entertainment, real estate, telecom, and healthcare.
