I am also a dedicated and driven Maintenance Tech Specialist at an automated hub for FedEx Ground. My duties include maintaining and repairing all of our material handling equipment (automated and manual), maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment, troubleshooting and diagnosing all electrical/electronic issues including PLC and VFD. I work through close communication with our IT departments and our systems engineering group, to assist our operational staff to keep our re-handle numbers down so that FedEx Ground can run as cost-effectively as possible. I mentor and teach the newer, less experienced technicians on how we at FedEx Ground expect the best quality and most efficient ways to deliver the Purple Promice to all of our customers and their packages. I know and value hard work, effort, and initiative.
