About Jason E. Walker

Since 2002, Jason has specialized in planning, procurement, and project management for some of Canada's most complex healthcare and public service construction projects. He brings a strong foundation in business administration and management, and has played a key role in numerous AFP (Alternative Financing and Procurement) and P3 (Public-Private Partnership) initiatives. His collaborative experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, justice, corrections, and higher education. In 2012, Jason joined one of Canada’s largest construction firms, EllisDon, where he identified an opportunity to expand service offerings and went on to establish a new division—FED (Furniture, Equipment, & Design). Under his leadership, this specialized unit supported major infrastructure projects—primarily in healthcare—by overseeing the planning, design, procurement, and delivery of modular and loose furniture, clinical fixtures, healthcare technologies, and major medical equipment. In early 2021, Jason took on a new challenge at Infrastructure Ontario (IO), a Crown agency of the Province of Ontario. There, he contributes to the planning, procurement, and delivery of both P3 and non-P3 projects that are among the most complex undertaken by the Province. Throughout his career, Jason has remained passionate about delivering meaningful results and driving positive impact. He thrives in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments and is committed to continuous improvement across all facets of organizational performance.
