About Jason Eiseman

As I complete my 5th year in the solar industry, I've found myself becoming in a stalemate with learning. I've always focused on becoming the most educated in whatever field I'm in. I've lead teams of 70 people and I've been in projects on my own. I've handled every challenge with finding the most efficient and effective solution. I look forward to new challenges. I compete at every industry I've been in. I understand the need for effective communications and leading a team to be the most proficient to the challenges at hand. I enjoy training others to surpass my knowledge and it engages me to grow my own skill sets. I will always continue to grow myself. I enjoy learning new skills, and I'm most profitable when those skills are hands on. I'm not one to wait for someone to come to a solution, and often have been a sounding board for new solutions that at times I admit are unconventional. I've succeeded in solar, retail, public service, remanufacturing, food service, automotive, and appliance delivery. I started delivering appliances when I was 14, I turn 44 this year. Almost 30 years of trying to become better everyday. I've hit reset a few times, but built myself to face any opportunity.
