Working for Macquarie, Citigroup and NAB over the last 15 years, I have built a rare combination of senior management experience across a number of Credit, Collections, Risk and Operational disciplines. This diverse range allows me to generate new and innovative ways for achieving operational goals while remaining focused on managing costs effectively. Since February 2022, I have taken my Trade Finance operational experience into the Product Owner role where I am supporting a once in 25 year re-platforming project for both front and back ends. This role has provided me with a unique opportunity to re-build a platform from the ground up working closely with our aligned technology team and other partners this role has provided me with the skills needed to operate in a Agile way. I have a strong desire to deconstruct complex operational problems, identify root causes, and design, test and implement practical solutions using accepted process excellence methodologies (Lean, Scientific, Six Sigma).
