With more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles focused on the Hospitality and Gaming industries, I have a demonstrated track record of turning around underperforming companies, improving processes and productivity, instilling a culture of safety and excellence, and successfully leading key client relationships. As Chief Executive Officer of Utah Trailways (a subsidiary of Wendover Gaming), I revitalized an underperforming organization, turning 5 years of annual losses into a $100K annual profit. At Utah Trailways, I also averted the danger of a shutdown of the company by regulatory authorities. I revamped our vehicle fleet and upskilled the maintenance team to receive extremely positive remarks during Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), and U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) audits. As Project Manager at Mason Building Company, I played an instrumental role in the interior remodeling of the Tropicana Hotel & Casino, delivering the project ahead of schedule and within budget. And as Computer Technician at NetPros, I was selected to lead some of the company’s largest accounts, including the Hacienda Hotel & Casino and the Fisher Pen Company.
