About Jason Erickson

Ive started at the bottom at every job and quickly risen in the ranks. I see what needs to be done to improve all aspects of the business. I grew up as the son of a buisness owner and have been around the buisness, warehouse and trucking side of things my entire life. Since 1998 Ive always been involved in some kind of transportation field for work and got my Class A CDL in 2003. I have zero blemishes on my professional driving record and can say if it has an engine, i can drive it. Driving for so long ive come across just about every problem there is and ive learned to quickly adjust to the situation and make it a success. in about 2007 i was pulled out of truck and into management role at appliance smart. I had as many as 30 people working for me and I quickly wideled it down to a solid core group of less than 10. in 2015 I joined L&S as a manager and have continued the same practices. Now I drive when needed but spend most of my day directing the warehouse operations and needs while scheduling deliverys and pickups across the upper Midwest. Im extremely happy where i am but always have my ears open. if i was terribly concerned id proof read this and spell check🤣
