I am responsible for leading the strategic oversight, investment activity and performance of Realmont Property Partners managed investments and separate accounts. Realmont Property Partners is an independent Sydney based boutique real estate investment manager. I have 28 years’ real estate funds management experience and have held roles as Head of Wholesale Funds, Head of Business Development and Senior Fund Manager for groups including Vicinity Centres, Novion Property, Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM), Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Property) and Schroders Australia. I am an experienced fund and property investment strategist that brings leadership, direction and a fiduciary-led approach to the management of real estate funds. I adopt a client focused approach and a demonstrated track record in the formulation and delivery of investment strategies for in excess of $7.0bn of funds managed. Specialty skills include fund and investment management, development, transactions, capital structuring and capital management.
