About Jason Geraldi

Jason has acquired vast experience during his involvement with a variety of projects within Ontario over the past 15 years, including Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Remediations and Hydrogeology. • Conducting and supervising environmental investigations and field exploration programs, including drilling and excavating activities, in-situ testing, soil and groundwater sampling and site inspection services. • Overburden and bedrock drilling. • Extensive field experience in conducting hydrogeologic investigations including well surveys, water well sampling, aquifer performance testing and establishing monitoring programs for groundwater/surface. • Practical experience conducting studies and writing reports to assess hydrogeological conditions for proposed developments within privately serviced groundwater regions including evaluation of pumping tests, completing water balance calculations and conducting nitrate impact assessments. • Knowledge of hydrologic functions as they pertain to private developments. • Hydrogeologic assessments for larger groundwater takings that require a Permit To Take Water. • Experienced with Phase One and Two ESAs using protocol documented by the MOECC and Canadian Standards Association (CSA). The Phase One and Two ESAs have been completed for banks, private individuals, large corporations and has knowledge of filing these documents on the Environmental Registry as Record of Site Condition submissions. • Supervised and conducted remedial programs to meet applicable soil and groundwater standards for various properties to target chlorinated organics, PCBs, petroleum hydrocarbons and metals. • Completed UST removals in accordance with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) guidelines.
