Sales leader with over 23 years of experience within the consumer product goods industry with heavy focus on the beverage industry. I am currently the Director of New Business Development focused on Large National Restaurant chains for PepsiCo Foodservice. My focus includes the complete selling cycle, from prospect development to 100% conversion of locations. This is achieved through developing relationships across their organization including at the C-Suite level, understanding their business and problems to solve, and bringing custom solutions showcasing a strong partnership with PepsiCo. This is achieved through collaboration across the PepsiCo organization, from finance to operations to marketing working to bring the Best of PepsiCo to the partnership. My work experience includes channel management, having led the College/ University channel for PepsiCo. During this time, we grew share year over year by winning over 100 new college partnerships and renewing over 90% existing college partnerships. I led the strategy for the channel providing "subject matter expertise" when it came to the college/university channel including providing support through the comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process executed by state universities. This included experience managing a team of 4 people supporting our company owned bottlers along with our independent bottlers within PepsiCo. I am a hard worker, with high integrity, whose focus is on delivering results through proposals that meet our financial and strategic goals for this channel.
