About Jason Glasgow

We create beautiful and responsible urban infill residential developments in LA. Serving the largest population in the country, we work within the constraints of available property and zoning to build housing better, faster, and less expensively. Building places people love to inhabit is in keen focus as we accelerate out of the pandemic and people re-prioritize where they live. We're looking for any LA lots zoned LAC1.5, LAC2, LAR2, LAR3, LAR4, and LAR1.5. We will look at lot sizes as small as SQFT, with no upper limit. We're also willing to purchase select non-LA properties as long as there is a compelling story which will be best-served by creative vision and solid execution. We like creative deal structures with land owners and intermediaries so everyone benefits.
