Passion and joy come to mind when I teach people how to move their bodies properly. When someone comes to me they are vulnerable, defeated and ready for change. I am so grateful to assist them on their journey. As the training begins I see my clients change mentally and physically. Trust is a huge part of the process. When starting a program they must trust the process, this is a difficult lesson most struggle with. People discover their strength is a journey. Every session my clients build a little more balance, flexibility and coordination. This is not just a physical process, they also learn confidence, gratitude and determination.
