About Jason Gould

As an IT Manager at Terralink Horticulture Inc for over 17 years, I have been responsible for defining scope, providing estimations, negotiating risks, authorizing and managing IT projects. I have improved the utilization of resources, developed and interpreted organizational goals, policies, and procedures, and led and developed IT processes and procedures. I have also consulted with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements, managed backup and security systems, and designed backup and disaster recovery strategies. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology Management from Thompson Rivers University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows Server (MCSE) certification from Microsoft. I am passionate about staying abreast of advances in technology and delivering network installation projects on schedule and within budget.
