About Jason Gray

For close to 20 years I worked in the criminal justice system. For 17 years I worked for the Wilson County Sheriff's Department where I reached the rank of Captain. After completing my Master Of Sciences degree in Criminal Justice, I accepted a position with the State of Tennessee. I was part of a new team that developed and implemented a new initiative that was designed to help reduce recidivism by helping develop convicted felons for the workforce. While in this role, I taught part time at the college level in an Adjunct role. I then went to work in the private sector. First I was an adjudication specialist in the cooperate legal office of Aramark at the Global Business Center in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to this I worked part time as an Intelligence Analysis for the State of Tennessee. For the past two years, I have been a Vetting Specialist for UBS at the North America headquarters in Nashville, Tn. Previously my current role was performed in Krakow, Poland. My duties were to perform pre-start Vetting checks for new external staff hires within the Americas region, that included North, South and Central America.
