About Jason Gray

I’m an experienced engineering and project management leader with over 20 years experience of working across the energy, pharmaceutical, medical device and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Revamp Team Lead at the Corrib Gas Terminal, I’m responsible for leading the capital project team to deliver brownfield modification programs, integrating new assets, and driving continuous improvement across terminal production facility. At Corrib, I’ve held key leadership positions including Asset Integration Engineer, Turnaround Coordinator, and Mechanical Team Lead — roles that have strengthened my ability to manage multidiscipline teams, coordinate high-value projects, and deliver safely in a regulated, high risk environment. Prior to my time at Corrib, I worked as a Controls & Automation Engineer with ATS Sligo (now Kaon), where I developed a strong foundation in automation, systems integration, and the design and build of highly automated process equipment.I started my career as a time-served electrician prior to returning to education. I bring a strategic, systems-based approach to engineering leadership — combining broad technical and practical experience with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and lifecycle asset performance.Enabling collaboration across disciplines, simplifying complexity, and delivering results that support both safety and long-term business strategic goals.
