About Jason Green

I am an optimistic and motivational Leader with a focus on process improvement and execution, relationship management. My technical career has been within the customer support arena and the customer experience means everything to me. I always keep high performing efficiency on the agenda for my team, challenging them to move beyond the norm and constantly push towards exceptional service. Leading by example, I am driven to motivate people into productive action; whether by providing a model of leadership, vision, or a common cause to work toward, I move people and projects forward, and work hard to avoid stagnation or wheel-spinning. I enjoy taking a vision from my leadership and developing a workable plan to move my team ahead, even in uncertain times. I'm very comfortable using "what we know now" as a basis for action and tweaking along the way as new information arrives, strategizing based on multiple contingencies and am always willing to experiment with new ideas. I have a strong employee and customer focus, and develop methods to maximize the satisfaction of both. Putting forth behaviors and results that exhibit expressed corporate values is what I strive for day to day.
