I started working in healthcare in 1996. For the first 12 years of my career I worked in a busy emergency department. First as an ER Tech, and then as an RN. In 2008, I left bedside care and started my journey in healthcare IT. Over the past 12 years, I've worked as an applications analyst, informatics specialist, and then transitioned into a director of analytics role.
