About Jason Harrell

Driven by a decade of experience as a strength and conditioning and integrative health coach, I've cultivated a coaching philosophy rooted in continuous learning and adapting to each individual's unique needs. As I prepare to graduate with my Master's in Occupational Therapy in January, I'm excited to integrate this approach with the principles of OT, empowering clients and patients to overcome challenges and participate fully in meaningful life activities. My recent fellowship in Maternal Mental Health (MMH) has provided me with valuable insights into providing client-centered care, developing culturally sensitive interventions, and promoting long-term recovery and well-being for pregnant and postpartum women with mental health challenges, as well as individuals with Serious Mental Illness. I believe that effective coaching, and effective OT, requires a blend of motivation, empathy, and self-awareness – qualities I strive to embody as a leader. I approach each client with a 'begin with the end in mind' mentality, ensuring that their success is always the central focus.
